The Curious Cocktail with Casita Andina

To celebrate an amazing five years in the West End we have joined forces with one of our neighbours. Casita Andina is a Peruvian restaurant located just a stone’s throw away from the Gielgud Theatre.

The Bar Operations Manager Miguel Arbe has created a special “Curious Cocktail”. If you’re coming to visit us over the coming weeks be sure to pop into Casita Andina for a pre/post theatre cocktail! How to make the Curious Cocktail:

25ml Barsol Pisco Torontel
10ml Amaretto
15ml Blue Curaçao

Mix all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice and pour into a glass of ice
Top with 10ml of black Fair quinoa vodka
Garnish with a lemon peel
