Consultant Associate Director
Katy Rudd is an Assistant Director at the National Theatre and was winner of the Nöel Coward Trainee Director’s Award 2010-11.
Her work in theatre as a director includes: The Sunless Garden; Henna Night at the Edinburgh Festival; Narcissus for The Edge, Leeds; The Butterfly at Salisbury Playhouse; Hippolytus for Stage@Leeds); and The Wind in the Willows at OFS Studio, Oxford. As an Assistant Director, her work includes: 24 Bishops at the National Theatre Studio, Damned by Despair at the National Theatre; The Playboy of the Western World and the 24 Hour Plays at The Old Vic; Mathematics of the Heart at Brighton Festival; Bed and Sofa at the Finborough; The Constant Wife and Mastering Macbeth at Salisbury Playhouse; Into the Woods at Regent’s Park Open Air; and The Family Cook Book on UK tour. She spent a period of training at Salisbury Playhouse.
